The actor, when he’s not working for the big screen, is usually spotted in the quaint corners of his gym in animal mode, working on himself. Gul’s favorite fitness partner is his son Nihal. The actor is often spotted running in the morning with little Nihal catching up with his mom on a bike.

Gul on Friday shared an announcement about her new goal for the coming days with an elaborate post recounting her fitness journey so far. Gul shared a photo of herself standing with a bike and wrote about the importance of motivation and discipline in her fitness journey. “Setting new goals has always helped me to pursue life to the fullest. In fact, it has also helped me immensely in my fitness journey. I find that my motivation levels to continue with my fitness program are the highest when it comes to achieving a goal. Like training for a marathon. Or training for a competition,” reads an excerpt. Gul further added that when one is not not sufficiently motivated to achieve the goal, discipline becomes useful and pushes the person to strive for it.
