Hydration is a priority for Janhvi. According to India time, she starts her day with a few glasses of water, with the intention that it will help flush toxins from her body. the Mayo Clinic recommends this minimum daily water intake:

Janhvi trains with personal trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, doing high intensity interval training. The star shares many Instagram stories of their workouts. In one of them, she trained with dumbbells and battle ropes and also did squats and push-ups.
According to The Times of India, Janhvi isn’t very strict about her diet, but focuses on portion control and filling her plate with plenty of lean meals, fruits, vegetables and whole grains. She also drinks vegetable juice. She will often bring meals with her to shoots that she has prepared herself.
Janhvi doesn’t eat late at night, according to the Times of India. She eats a light dinner at least three hours before going to bed. Some of his favorite meals include vegetable soup, boiled vegetables, grilled fish or daal.
