Hydration is a priority for Janhvi. According to India time, she starts her day with a few glasses of water, with the intention that it will help flush toxins from her body. the Mayo Clinic recommends this minimum daily water intake:

She also drinks vegetable juice. She will often bring meals with her to shoots that she has prepared herself.

Janhvi doesn’t eat late at night, according to the Times of India. She eats a light dinner at least three hours before going to bed.
